Arc of Attrition Cornwall

 The Arc of Attrition 100 is a UTMB World Series race covering 100 miles of challenging coastal paths along Cornwall's stunning South West Coast path in late January.

From Coverack on the English Channel side of Cornwall, around the exposed headlands of The Lizard and Lands End, to Porthowan on the wind and rain-lashed North Atlantic coast, the Arc of Attrition is well named.

To complete this challenge in under the permitted 36 hours, competitors will have to navigate their way in freezing and exposed conditions over pathways that constantly undulate as they traverse endless coves and cliffs. Limited aid stations demand a high level of experience fro this unique challenge
