Seven Valleys

Seven Valleys is a 100 mile circular trail that explores a corner of the South Pennines landscape renowned for its heather moorland, steep valley slopes and former mill towns that have reinvented themselves.

It is these packhorse tracks, drovers lanes and fast flowing greenways on reclaimed railway lines that we connect as we traverse this beautiful landscape heavy with the weight of extraction for wool, coal and water but still green and still public land.
